At Total Point Urgent Care, we are proud to offer a Total Weight Loss Program just for YOU! Under the supervision of a licensed provider, we will guide you through your weight loss journey!
We are committed to all of our patients so we are offering a B12 injection at no cost to you on your first visit. B12 injections help to balance and/or increase your metabolism, keep your brain healthy, benefits your mood, and supports healthy bones, hair, nails, and skin.
You will be prescribed an FDA approved weight loss medication on your first visit and given contact information for a personal nutritionist.
After your initial weight loss visit, you will need to establish a recommended nutritionist in order to follow a healthy diet plan and exercise program.
The FDA defines a medical weight loss candidate as one who has a BMI >30. Similarly, for those with a BMI > 27 with hypertension or type 2 diabetes, you may also qualify for our weight loss program.
